  • Invest intensively in the development of existing and new products, both financially and by employing highly qualified staff.
  • Each year employ at least two young highly qualified staff (specialised in the areas of electrical engineering, IT or physics).

  • Employ young researchers (at least one each year) so as to create a top research team.

  • Purchase state-of-the-art equipment for conducting measurements and developing new products (various motion sensors, different types of sonars, GPS receivers with different levels of accuracy etc.) in the framework of investments of at least €150,000 per year.

  • Intertwine our development know-how with that of other companies and knowledge institutions in the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union.

  • Participation in the projects commissioned by the ministries of the Republic of Slovenia.

  • Continue participating in the EU Galileo Project within the existing partnership with companies and universities from Italy, Spain and Slovenia as well as join projects within the 7th Framework Programme.

  • Increase revenues and value added per employee by at least 20 percent yearly.

  • Form a strategic alliance with a major European measurement system manufacturer and distributor.

  • Foster the existing co-operation with the Danish company Reson (the leading manufacturer of measurement systems for civil and military purposes) with which we have concluded an agency agreement for the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and an agreement for marketing our products and services in the Mediterranean; with the France-based company Magellan for which we service the equipment located in Slovenia and participate in its development of GPS products; and the US company Javad to which we provide agency services in Slovenia.
